Chase Brown has been a hard man to stop this season. Following the win over Chattanooga, he set an Illinois program record for consecutive games with 100+ yards rushing.

Brown had 108 yards rushing and 1 touchdown on 20 carries against the Mocs. That makes him the first player in program history to rush for 100 yards or more in five straight games.

Brown already had joined a great list of Illinois running backs this season after rushing for 100+ yards in four straight games.

Even if you aren’t a fan of Illinois, Brown’s performance this season has been something to watch. He is leading the nation and B1G in rushing yards (604).

A pair of B1G RBs are hot on his tail though. Minnesota’s Mohamed Ibrahim and Nebraska’s Anthony Grant are second and third in rushing yards at the moment.

People will get to see how good Brown really is when Wisconsin takes on Illinois in Madison. That game will be on Oct. 1, and should be on a lot of Illinois fans’ radar.
