Peyton Ramsey: Opportunity for Indiana to take on a tough Penn State team just feels different
Indiana is understandably an underdog this week against Penn State, but the opportunity of the challenge ahead appears to be energizing quarterback Peyton Ramsey and the Hoosiers.
At 7-2 on the year, Tom Allen has already produced his best season with the Hoosiers while Indiana is riding a four-game winning streak. Even with the loss of starting quarterback Michael Penix Jr., the team is playing with a ton of confidence right now with Ramsey proving to be more than capable.

Ramsey, a junior, has already seen plenty of action this season and served as the starter for much of the 2018 season. During a Tuesday radio interview with ESPN’s Matt Schick and A.J. Hawk, Ramsey admitted that this season with the Hoosiers just feels different.
Indiana is going to try and channel that feeling and confidence for an incredibly tough road trip to Happy Valley:
“As much as I want to say ‘No, it doesn’t feel different,’ it just does,” explained Ramsey. “We’re playing good football…Going into a hostile environment to play a really good team, I think it’s something that has all of us excited. I think it’s something that’s different in a good way.”
