This is pretty funny.

It might not be a slight jab at all, but Maryland has a bye for Week 4. Its next game is a home contest against Penn State on Friday, Sept. 27.

On Monday, well ahead of the game against the Nittany Lions, the Terps announced they would be having a “Blackout” game:

What could potentially be a jab here is the fact that Penn State loves doing its “Whiteout” games. And, it should. They are absolutely awesome to look at when a “Whiteout” is in effect.

So for Maryland to be doing a “Blackout” against Penn State, is it a bit of a troll? Maybe.

Also, maybe not. Regardless, the Terps’ uniforms look to be pretty sweet for that Friday night. The game time is slated for 8 p.m. ET at Maryland Stadium and the contest will be televised on FS1.
