Blake Corum is officially out for the remainder of the 2022 season with a knee injury. He went on social media to tell everyone how he is doing after surgery.

Corum stated that the surgery was a success. The Michigan star had 1,463 yards rushing with 19 total touchdowns before his season was ended due to injury.

Here was Corum’s message to Michigan fans:

“Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers, surgery was a success! I believe God does everything for a reason and this is just a obstacle I have to overcome along my journey. Even though I won’t be at the game today I will be there in spirit and best believe my guys are ready.”

Michigan will have to face Purdue without Corum in the backfield. Donovan Edwards will most likely be handling the majority of touches in the backfield against the Boilermakers.

Kickoff from Lucas Oil Stadium will be at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
