Charles Woodson said it best after Michigan lost 35-14 to Wisconsin on Saturday.

The legendary former defensive back for the Wolverines joined FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff show for the first time and he shared his thoughts after the demolition.

Woodson talked for quite some time about the Wolverines, but the tweet above sums it up. He’s embarrassed and he’s sick about how Michigan looks.

And, he should be. People will be bashing the Wolverines and coach Jim Harbaugh in the next coming days. We’ve seen it before and we’ll see it again.

The only way to shut up the critics is to play better. Get a big win. Defeat somebody who has equal talent to you.

Then the critics won’t be there. But for now, especially after a game in which Michigan got out-gained on the ground 359-40, the boo birds will be loud.

The Wolverines had two weeks to prepare for this. The players knew what Wisconsin was about. And yet, they couldn’t stop the Badgers. They had no chance.

Wisconsin was up 35-8 with five minutes left in the game and the eight points Michigan scored came off a drive where Wisconsin allowed 30 yards of penalties. The 35-14 final score doesn’t do it justice.

Michigan got flat out embarrassed, and Woodson feels the exact same way.
