Charles Woodson is one of the legendary figures in Michigan’s illustrious football history, and he sees a massive success in store for the Wolverines this season.

The winner of the 1997 Heisman Trophy made an appearance Wednesday afternoon while launching a new line of wines. That may have been the topic of the day, but Woodson took time to discuss the upcoming season for the Wolverines.

He was complimentary of the decision to bring in new offensive coordinator Josh Gattis and acknowledged the big void Devin Bush’s departure to the NFL left on the defense. However, his best comments came in predicting how Michigan will fare this season. He thinks this is the year the Wolverines run the table and win it all.

Angelique Chengelis with The Detroit News shared Woodson’s prediction, and he certainly sounds confident with it:

The season gets started Aug. 31 against Middle Tennessee State. Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm EST.
