Jim Harbaugh is all about family these days. Well, and recruiting.

Last week, Harbaugh and wife, Sarah, introduced baby John to the world. This week, Harbaugh got back to the recruiting grind with National Signing Day just two weeks away.

As expected, the Michigan coach combined the two elements.

Harbaugh took a trip down to Georgia to see five-star defensive tackle and top Michigan target Aubrey Solomon. Along with Harbaugh was Michigan defensive coordinator Don Brown and linebackers coach Chris Partridge.

Oh, and Harbaugh brought his daughter, Addison.

Scout.com’s Sam Webb reported that Harbaugh brought Addison, who is roughly the same age as Solomon’s younger sister. They got to spend the day bowling and go-karting, as seen here:

According to Webb, the all-hands-on-deck visit went about as well as it could’ve. Solomon told Webb that it was “the best visit ever.”

That might be what it’ll take for Michigan to somehow earn Solomon’s commitment again after a bizarre recruiting journey.

Originally a Michigan commit, Solomon gave his pledge to the Wolverines after one of Harbaugh’s satellite camps in Georgia. He then pulled back his commitment when he received a piece of mail thanking him for attending a Michigan recruiting barbecue that he wasn’t at.

Two weeks ago, a video surfaced of Solomon sharing his distain for Michigan. He then quickly apologized and announced Michigan as one of his finalists.

The Wolverines are now competing with Alabama and Georgia to land the No. 2 defensive tackle and No. 31 overall player (247sports composite) in the 2017 class.

Perhaps Harbaugh’s unique ways will land him another prized recruit.
