Did you hear?
Michigan got blown out by Wisconsin on Saturday.
Of course you heard. Everybody heard. Everybody watched. Everybody is asking what’s wrong with Michigan, Harbaugh, the maize and blue. Everything.

There likely isn’t one person to blame. It’s likely a much larger issue. And on Monday during a press conference, coach Jim Harbaugh talked about his team’s performance, what has to change and how he is responsible:
Jim Harbaugh: "Watching the film, it was pretty obvious to the entire football world that pretty much A to Z, it wasn't good enough. Not acceptable for me. … Not a day we're proud of."

Jim Harbaugh: "We didn’t play physical enough. We were out-hustled. I take responsibility for that. In any ways that we were out-schemed, also take responsibility for that. It’s my job to make sure we’re completely sound in all offenses, defenses, everything that we’re running."

Harbaugh: "We saw it, you saw it, the entire football world saw it’s not good enough and it’s not acceptable to us. I don’t have much more to say about that."

Again, it starts with Harbaugh. He is the man in charge. But is he the sole reason to blame for getting shellacked in Madison?
Probably not. Regardless, he’s taking the blame for it. But, how many times can you take blame for a poor performance before something drastic changes?
