Jim Harbaugh is wrapping up his 3-game suspension this weekend and will miss Michigan’s matchup against Bowling Green. While the Wolverines are heavy favorites in the matchup, Harbaugh is not taking the Falcons lightly.

On Monday, he had a brief interview with Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit. Harbaugh said Bowling Green has a tremendous passing game that Michigan could “glean” some things from it.

Harbaugh also knows Michigan will get the “very best” shot from Bowling Green.

“You turn on the tape and you watch it, Scott Loeffler’s got a heck of a team. The offense, their throw game is tremendous. I think there are some things we can glean from it,” said Harbaugh. “(They’ve) Done a really nice job in the running game, too. Very similar to our offense. Hopefully that’s an advantage for our defense. They’re gonna see a lot of the same kind of concepts. It’s well-coordinated, well-called. Scott’s a great coach, and we know we’re going to get their very best.”

Michigan is certainly not going to be surprised by Bowling Green, especially with Jack Harbaugh consistently in the ear of the program. Jim Harbaugh admitted his dad has been telling the team the Falcons are coming to Ann Arbor “to kick your ass.”

Michigan is 2-0 all-time against the Falcons with a pair of dominant wins in the series. We’ll see if that trend continues this weekend.
