Jim Harbaugh has officially labeled Dax Hill as a game-time decision.

Hill’s status had been up in the air all week after news broke that he was not with the team on Thursday. During a Thursday interview, Harbaugh indicated Hill had not yet made the trip to Miami but was also noncommittal about his status for the College Football Playoff semifinal.

During his pregame interview with ESPN’s Marty Smith, Harbaugh officially put Hill as a game-time decision. That came after Hill was spotted during team warmups Friday evening. The head coach of the Wolverines did not indicate what exactly the issue was with Hill.

Per ESPN’s Rece Davis, Hill was seen drinking Pedialyte upon his arrival to the stadium. That could be a normal pre-game ritual for Hill, or it might indicate he is coming off of some form of illness heading into the game.

Getting Hill in the lineup in any capacity would be a big boost for Michigan against an efficient offense for Georgia.
