Michigan and Wisconsin are preparing for one of the most anticipated early-season B1G games this Saturday.

With both teams entering the contest ranked in the top 15, a close battle appears to be on tap. This year’s contest is being played in Madison, and you can bet the Badgers are thankful for the home-field advantage provided by Camp Randall Stadium.

When it comes to the betting line, Wisconsin enters the showdown as little more than a field goal favorite. Michigan is currently pegged as an underdog at +3.5, but that does not seem to bother the players one bit.

Josh Metellus discussed the idea of being an underdog Tuesday, and he didn’t spend too much thought on the oddsmakers and the betting line. At the end of the day, it’s still two teams battling it out come kickoff.  Metellus also added that the Wolverines do not feel like underdogs for the contest.
