Nex Mexico football was having a rough performance in Week 10 against UNLV. Yet, somehow, the Lobos still took time to get a shot in at the expense of Connor Stalions.

During the fourth quarter of the game, New Mexico flashed a welcome message on the video board for the program. This time, it flashed a welcome message to Connor Stalions while including the note “(probably)” on the board.

While the shot is a good one, Stalions recently resigned from his position on the Michigan staff ahead of Week 10. His statement on the matter cited being a distraction for the program as a result of the investigation.

New Mexico was not the only one to take some shots at Stalions this weekend. During the broadcast of ESPN’s College GameDay, the crew experienced some technical difficulties when audio completely cut out from the set. Pat McAfee took the moment to troll Stalions vehemently.

The jokes and trolls are unlikely to end any time soon, especially if the B1G or NCAA does not announce any discipline this season.
