Elite hoops prospect Emoni Bates to reclassify, cuts his list to four options
Five-star basketball prospect Emoni Bates has not only named his four finalists but he has reportedly decided to reclassify to 2021 as well.
The announcement came earlier this evening, courtesy of Joe Tipton:

As the tweet says, he’s down to Oregon, Memphis, Michigan State, or the NBA G League. The G League should not be surprising considering Bates is one of the top overall recruits in the country. It would not hurt his draft value as he’d still be a good enough player to be selected in the NBA Draft.
Prior to this, Bates was the No. 1 recruit for the 2022 class and was committed to Michigan State. He then de-committed from the Spartans but still told them that he was considering re-committing there.
Bates also had a top-eight before cutting it down to four which included: NBL (an Australia/New Zealand league), Overtime Elite (a separate version of the G League), Baylor, and Miami.
He has not yet announced when his final decision will be.
