Kenny Pickett coy on Peach Bowl status vs. MSU during Heisman Trophy ceremony

Kenny Pickett has a big decision this bowl season, but the star quarterback has not given any indication of his direction up to this point.
The QB for Pittsburgh threw for more than 4,300 yards with 42 touchdowns in 2021. During the ACC Championship, Pickett threw for 253 and 2 touchdowns and added another touchdown on the game. Pickett also produced a rule-altering move with a fake slide that resulted in a touchdown.
When the matchups for Bowl Season filtered out, Pittsburgh was matched up with Michigan State in the Peach Bowl. While that is a New Year’s Six game, there remains a possibility that Pickett could opt out and begin preparing for the NFL Draft.
Pickett was asked about his status for the Peach Bowl during Saturday’s Heisman Trophy ceremony. He did not provide any insight, though Pickett did hint at an upcoming timeline for his decision:

Pickett would provide a tough challenge for Michigan State, even with the Panthers losing their OC to Nebraska. For now, fans will have to wait a bit longer to see if Pickett will indeed suit up in the Peach Bowl.
