Michigan State junior DB elects to enter 2020 NFL Draft, forego final year of eligibility
Josiah Scott is a junior defensive back at Michigan State. The 2019 campaign was his junior season.
A season in which Scott racked up 52 total tackles, three interceptions, six pass deflections and a forced fumble. Scott was productive. And with that, comes attention from the NFL.

On Monday morning, Scott announced his decision on the 2020 season:
After gathering info, this is the best decision for me… THANK YOU MICHIGAN STATE 💚💚 pic.twitter.com/57PKPikOiN

Scott seemed appreciative of everything during his time at Michigan State. His post says as much. But for some, when they have the chance to make money and allow football to become a career, they take it immediately.
Scott is going that route.
He finishes his time in East Lansing with 95 total tackles and six interceptions.
