2019 receiver chooses Minnesota over Alabama, Texas A&M
P.J. Fleck just got an elite verbal pledge.
Nnamdi Adim-Madumere, a 2019 receiver from Fort Worth, Tex. has offers from the likes of Alabama, Baylor and Texas A&M.
But on Friday, he gave his verbal commitment to Fleck and the Gophers following an unofficial visit to the Twin Cities.
Adim-Madumere shared that announcement on Twitter (notice Fleck’s excitement):

The 6-3, 220 pound wideout is ranked the No. 57 receiver and No. 442 player overall in the 2019 class. He’s the second-highest rated recruit in Minnesota’s class behind 4-star defensive end Jason Bargy.
Besides those aforementioned offers, he also has offers from Kansas State, Mizzou and Texas Tech.
Fleck will have to continue to recruit Adim-Madumere to fend off those big in-state Texas schools, but if he sticks, that’s a major victory for Minnesota.
With the 3-star receiver on board, the Gophers are now up to 19 verbal commitments already. Fleck’s class ranks No. 3 in the B1G and No. 18 nationally.
