It looks like Minnesota wide receiver Daniel Jackson could be out of another game, according to head coach PJ Fleek.

On Monday, Fleck said that Jackson’s status is questionable for this weekend’s contest against Maryland. Jackson also wasn’t present in the Nebraska game either.

Jackson was a 4-star recruit coming out of high school in 2019 and he was very-sought after by teams such as Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and Iowa State.

Jackson has shown promise this year for the Gophers amassing 155 yards and 1 touchdown while averaging about 11 yards per catch on 14 receptions.

It’s unclear when the receiver could be back in the lineup.

The Gophers passing game has missed his presence in the line-up and can use him now that they are about to enter the meat of their conference schedule which begins this week against Maryland.
