Challenge accepted? Nebraska fans respond to Mel Tucker's call for MSU faithful to block out Huskers
Michigan State is off to a surprisingly hot start as they are 3-0 and No.2o in the nation.
The Spartans have their first big home game this week as they host Nebraska under the lights.
Head coach Mel Tucker does not want to see any more Husker red than the allotted tickets the Huskers asked for, which is around 2,500.
Mel Tucker said Nebraska requested around 2,500 tickets. “I don’t expect there will be one more Husker body in the crowd than that.”
He’s basically calling for the crowd to fill the stadium, be loud and create a big-time environment.

That is a pretty tall task as Husker nation is one of the most notorious fan bases for traveling and making it a sea of red in road environments.

Moments after Tucker announced that he would like to block Husker nation from coming to Spartan Stadium Saturday night, Husker fans took that as a challenge.
