Mickey Joseph addresses potential for more staff turnover at Nebraska
Mickey Joseph ended up firing Nebraska’s DC Erik Chinander after the blowout loss to Oklahoma on Saturday. He was asked if he has plans to change up the staff any further per Evan Bland of the Omaha World-Herald.
After the first quarter of action in Lincoln, Nebraska was only down 14-7 and actually scored on its opening drive. The Sooners then scored 35 unanswered before Nebraska found the end zone again late in the fourth quarter.
Joseph stated that he doesn’t know if any more changes will happen at this point, and is keeping his lips sealed on the matter.
“I don’t know,” said Joseph. “Can’t tell you that. Wish I could, but I can’t tell you that.”
Will there be any more changes to Nebraska’s coaching staff?

Joseph has already made a couple of moves regarding his coaching staff, but only he knows the plans he has for Nebraska and he plans on keeping it that way.
Maybe some more coaching changes will happen if things don’t get turned around.
Nebraska will get a bye week to recuperate before facing Indiana on Oct. 1.
