Brett McMurphy has come out with some more bowl projections after Week 3’s games. His projections come from Action Network.
There are 12 B1G teams who will be making a bowl game this season at this point, according to McMurphy. Much like Week 2’s projections, he still has 2 B1G teams in the College Football Playoff.
In Week 3’s projections, McMurphy has 7 teams from the B1G East, and 5 B1G West teams making the postseason. One big change is that he no longer has Michigan State going to a New Year’s Six bowl.
The only schools that he believes will not be making a bowl game from the B1G are Northwestern and Nebraska.
