Prior to the 2019 Big Ten Media Days began on Thursday, a podcast came out featuring Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Harbaugh was quoted as saying that controversy followed former Ohio State coach Urban Meyer wherever he went:
Harbaugh: "Urban Meyer's had a winning record. Really phenomenal record everywhere he's been. But also, controversy follows everywhere he's been." https://t.co/zFKSngtRMo

Thursday came and went and there was no mention of the comments by the media or Ohio State’s current coach Ryan Day. Friday, however, was different.
Friday was the second day of the 2019 Big Ten Media Days and Michigan was one of the teams featured. That means that Harbaugh got his chance to speak with the media.
Of course, one of the questions asked were about Harbaugh’s comments regarding Meyer on the podcast. Here is Harbaugh’s response:
Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh on his comments about controversy following former Ohio State coach Urban Meyer during his coaching career: "I don't think it was anything new, or anything of a bombshell. It's things that you all understand and have written about."

Nothing new to see here. No bombshell. Harbaugh meant what he said and doesn’t think that any of it was new.
Controversy followed Meyer wherever he coached. It’s what we all “understand and have written about.”
