Michigan may not be the powerhouse many of us thought coming into the season, but it is a 5-1 quality football team. You can’t deny that much.
This coming week, the Wolverines are set to face Penn State on the road, which is slated for a 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff on Saturday, Oct. 19. The game will be televised on ABC and ESPN’s College GameDay will be in Happy Valley for the B1G showdown.
Ahead of the matchup, on Monday, Wolverines coach Jim Harbaugh spoke with the media and talked about a number of different aspects of his team that are trending in the right direction:
“
Harbaugh on running game contd: quarterback… i feel like (Shea) has been the best quarterback on the field each and every game…he's a winner, knows when to run when to throw…each week the receivers (are getting better), the RBs are acending as well

Harbaugh knows that Saturday night will be a battle. And yes, the better team usually wins. That’s how it goes.
But by the sound of it, Harbaugh believes Michigan is playing good football right now. And if that’s the case, the Wolverines should at least have a shot at taking down a No. 7 Penn State team that is currently 6-0.
