Jeff Monken ends Wisconsin week press conference with perfect ‘cheese curds’ jab

Jeff Monken’s Army squad has ventured into Power 5 games in the past, and the Black Knights will travel to Madison to face Wisconsin in Week 7.
So far, Army is 4-1 on the season and will bring its unique offensive style to face the Badgers. Wisconsin DC Jim Leonhard has previously mentioned how disciplined the Badgers will need to be in order to slow down that attack.
At his final virtual press conference of the week, Monken dished out a hilarious joke on Thursday ahead of the contest. Check it out:

Army invited UW media members to its Zoom presser with head coach Jeff Monken this afternoon. He ended with, “You guys from Wisconsin are buying us cheese curds. I’ll see ya up there.” 😆 #Badgers

It will be interesting to see which head coach is still in a joking manner after the final whistle. Wisconsin would love to finally get some momentum going on the season, but the Black Knights will be far from a pushover.
