Jim Harbaugh, Michigan players eviscerated for second ‘Free Harbaugh’ campaign of 2023

Jim Harbaugh is once again serving a 3-game suspension, giving the head coach his second suspension of the season. He missed the first 3 games of the year with a self-imposed suspension, and he was most recently suspended for the final 3 games of the regular season by B1G commissioner Tony Petitti.
Ahead of Saturday’s game against Maryland, Roman Wilson was spotted with a “Free Harbaugh” shirt during warmups and after being removed from the game in the first half. Fans likely remember starting quarterback JJ McCarthy donned a similar shirt for the season opener.
Considering the events that led to those two suspensions, most college football fans and media are having a field day with the “Free Harbaugh” campaign. Some noted Harbaugh is not some recently departed head coach while others pointed to the fact the head coach dropped his hearing against the B1G and “willingly” accepted this latest punishment from the B1G.
