Nebraska names 4 team captains for 2019

The season opener is nearly here!
It is officially Week 1 of the 2019 season as Nebraska gets set to kick things off Saturday against South Alabama! Expectations continue to rise heading into the season as Scott Frost enters his second year leading the Cornhuskers.

This season should be a fun one, and the team now has its captains set for 2019. Nebraska Football shared the announcement Saturday evening with two captains on each side of the ball.
On the offensive side of the ball, quarterback Adrian Martinez and offensive lineman Matt Farniok were selected. Defensively, linebacker Mohamed Barry and defensive lineman Darrion Daniels were honored.
