Ohio State adds 3rd WR commit to 2022 recruiting class with 4-star receiver out of Chicago

Brian Hartline never stops when it comes to recruiting elite receivers to Columbus.
With two wide receivers already committed to the Buckeyes for the 2022 cycle – including five-star talent Caleb Burton – Ohio State added yet another elite prospect on Monday. This time, the commitment came from four-star receiver Kaleb Brown out of Chicago, Illinois.

Brown is rated as the No. 2 player out of Illinois, No. 6 WR in the country, and is a top-100 prospect nationally at No. 63 overall via the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
Along with Burton and four-star WR Kyion Grayes, the Buckeyes now have three top-20 rated wide receivers committed for the class of 2022. Ohio State added three four-star or better receivers via the 2021 class, headlined by five-star Emeka Egbuka.
Ohio State recently saw its 2022 class take over the top spot in the country as Georgia lost a commitment on Monday. With Brown’s commitment, the Buckeyes now have six commitments from players rated as top-100 recruits for the 2022 cycle.
