Ohio State has jumped out to a 35-10 halftime lead over Maryland.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud has been a big reason why, completing 17-of-22 passes for 293 yards and 3 touchdowns in the first half.

Stroud’s first score of the game came on a 4th-and-goal pass to Garrett Wilson in the corner of the end zone. He also threw touchdown passes to Chris Olave and TreVeyon Henderson.

Here is Stroud’s TD throw to Henderson:

Henderson also rushed for a touchdown in the first half, as did Master Teague.

This continues a string of good games for Stroud, who has established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the Big Ten. He now has 16 touchdowns and 3 interceptions on the season. Stroud entered this game completing 64.5 percent of his passes and averaging 10.4 yards per attempt.

Ohio State is looking to move to 5-1 this season and 7-0 all-time vs. Maryland.
