Paul Finebaum is back to hating on Jim Harbaugh again it seems. Finebaum discussed Michigan’s Fiesta Bowl loss to TCU on ESPN’s ‘Get Up’ on Monday.
Michigan lost to TCU 51-45 in the College Football Playoff semifinal game. Finebaum ripped Harbaugh, joking that people can expect two things on New Year’s Eve. The first is that the ball will drop at midnight and second is that Harbaugh will choke in a big game.
“This is the day right after New Year’s. Around this time every year, we all anticipate the ball drop at Times Square and we also anticipate Jim Harbaugh choking a postseason game,” said Finebaum. “This is the sixth straight time it’s happened at Michigan! Why is anyone surprised? It’s post-season Jim all over again.”

Michigan fans will have to deal with another early Playoff exit much like last year’s Orange Bowl to Georgia. The Wolverines lost that game by a score of 34-11 at Hard Rock Stadium.
Finebaum wasn’t the only one to take a shot at Michigan and Harbaugh. 247Sports analyst Josh Pate was confused by Michigan’s game plan and lack of usage for J.J. McCarthy and Donovan Edwards in certain situations.
After the games on New Year’s Eve, the national championship will be Georgia-TCU on Jan. 9.
