Tariq Castro-Fields is seen as one of Penn State’s better cornerbacks. He’s a junior, and he’s played his part as to why the Nittany Lions consistently have an upper-echelon defense.
With a senior season of eligibility remaining, Castro-Fields announced his decision on Wednesday night as to whether he would return to Happy Valley or head elsewhere:

This is excellent news for Penn State for 2020. Getting a high-level defensive back to return is always a plus. Over the last three seasons, Castro-Fields has amassed 90 tackles to go along with three interceptions.
Penn State’s 2019 season came to a close when it beat Memphis in the Cotton Bowl, 53-39.
