Purdue receiver Marcellus Moore has reportedly withdrawn from the transfer portal after entering it earlier in the day.

Tom Dienhart of GoldandBlack.com first reported the news on Wednesday evening.

Moore has played in 4 games thus far this season and had 1 reception and 1 rushing attempt combined. Before committing to Purdue, he was considered a 3-star prospect for the 2020 class and the No. 19 player in Illinois. He was also ranked as the No. 965 player in the country regardless of position, per his 247Sports Composite ranking.

Moore also had offers from Ball State, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Coastal Carolina, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, etc.

It remains to be seen if he suits up against No. 3 Iowa on Oct. 16 after what transpired. The kickoff is slated for 3:30 p.m. ET.
