Alabama and Michigan are playing in the Citrus Bowl on Jan. 1. The two team may have not lived up to preseason expectations, but the classic SEC-Big Ten matchup will surely get players and fans excited.

On Monday, it was reported that Crimson Tide defensive back Trevon Diggs and linebacker Terrell Lewis not only missed practice, but are not expected to participate in the Citrus Bowl either:

Diggs, a senior, has made 37 tackles this season while intercepting three passes. Lewis, a junior, has made 31 tackles and 11.5 of those have been tackles for loss. He has six sacks as well.
