After being a Georgia supporter for many years, Ric Flair has switched sides with the Orange Bowl coming up. Flair has been a huge supporter of Georgia over the years, but Flair is hanging up the red and black for the maize and blue.

Flair stated in a recent post on social media that Kirby Smart didn’t shake his hand following a game in Athens while he was standing next to Herschel Walker. It was enough to convince him to change the team he roots for on Saturdays, and now the Nature Boy is riding with Michigan for now.

Flair posted about his recent change of heart from Twitter on Friday, calling the Orange Bowl “a done deal” due to his endorsement of the Wolverines.

The hype around this bowl game just grew even more.

No. 2 Michigan and No. 3 Georgia meet in the Capital One Orange Bowl at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
