The best of the best come to Ohio State. Seemingly every season now, the Buckeyes may not have the best wide receiver in college football, but if you put their top three or four guys against any other school’s top guys, there’s almost no debate.
In Columbus, they go for the best, and it shows routinely. On Monday, news broke that a verbally committed Ohio State prospect in the Class of 2020 won Gatorade Texas Football Player of the Year honors:

Jaxon Smith-Njigba is a four-star prospect in the Class of 2020. He is a 6-foot-1 pass-catcher from Rockwall, Texas and is considered the No. 5 wide receiver in his class.
