Despite a bobble of the football and a hard landing, Iowa secured a red zone touchdown just before halftime in their matchup against in-state rival Iowa State. Iowa wide receiver Matt VandeBerg can be seen struggling to secure the ball as he falls to the ground, and yet the touchdown stood.
This was “confirmed” as a TD. Not sure how it was, given that the ball moved significantly after it appears to hit the ground. pic.twitter.com/JVrxCFdeTw

The 17-yard grab by VandeBerg is his first touchdown since week two last season. The senior missed most of 2016 season with a foot injury and therefore was eligible to return for 2017.
The touchdown put Iowa up 14-10 going into halftime.
