Wisconsin apparently shattered bowl game trophy during locker room celebration

To say Wisconsin is basking in its victory vs. Wake Forest in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl would be an understatement.
First, Wisconsin coach Paul Chryst earned the obligatory jug drenching (even if it’s disappointing that it wasn’t mayo).
Now, the celebration has made its way to the locker room and let’s just say Wisconsin released some pent up rage. It looks like the Badgers let out all of their frustrations from a season in which they had three games cancelled due to COVID-19 on that poor Duke’s Mayo Bowl trophy.
#Badgess might come home a tad empty handed… it appears Duke’s Mayo Bowl trophy is shattered 😂🤣😭 2020 man.. pic.twitter.com/S8XEv9D4Tg

Kumholz’s reaction says it all 😂. Wisconsin broke the trophy during their celebration. #Badgers

Chryst, maybe jokingly (if not, even more epically), gave a great reason for the sensational smashing.

Hilarious. And yup, that about sums up 2020.
Wisconsin caps off this season with a 4-3 record and a two-game winning streak.
