Northwestern’s 2019 season hasn’t been as successful as one may have hoped to this point.

As it stands, the Wildcats are 1-2 overall, 0-1 in Big Ten play and are coming off a 31-10 loss to Michigan State. To make matters even more difficult?

Northwestern has to travel to face No. 8 Wisconsin on Saturday. That is not easy. Just ask Michigan.

Ahead of the game in Madison, which is scheduled for a noon kickoff on ABC, the Wildcats released their injury report on Friday:

As Jeff Potrykus tweeted, leading WR Bennett Skowronek is listed as out. Skowronek is a 6-foot-4 senior pass-catcher who certainly helps the Wildcats’ passing game. Him being out hurts Northwestern’s chances at an upset even more so.

To this point in the season, Wildcats QB Hunter Johnson has completed 33-of-68 passes for 308 yards while throwing 1 TD and 4 INT.
