Curtis Samuel already made his feelings well-known regarding Christian Wilkins’ odd touching during the Fiesta Bowl.
After Ohio State’s running back saw the video of what happened, he sent out this message on Twitter:
If I would of felt that I would of got ejected!! #sweetness @cwilkins42

So when Clemson’s Ben Boulware came to his teammates’ defense and ranted that Wilkins’ actions were an attempt “to have fun, break up the seriousness of the game,” Samuel was not amused.
He took back to Twitter on Wednesday night after hearing those comments, firing back at Boulware:
We don't rock like that this way https://t.co/NmQWteKpjo

Boulware’s attempt to defend his teammate was a bit of a stretch anyway and it appears that Samuel disagrees that this was a harmless action.
Everything about this situation has been a bit odd, for sure. Hopefully the attention brought to Wilkins’ actions means officials will keep a more watchful eye and eliminate things like this from happening.
