Ohio State commit and 5-star wide receiver Garrett Wilson has been named the All-American Bowl Man of the Year.

Wilson was named one of six finalists for the award back in December. He was presented with the award on Friday Night at the All-American Bowl Awards show.

According to the All-American Bowl, the winner “epitomizes a high standard of excellence in community service, education and athletic distinction.”

Wilson, a native of Lake Travis, Texas, is a 5-star receiver and one of the top recruits in Ohio State’s 2019 class. He’s ranked as the second-best player in Texas, the second-best receiver and is a top 20 talent overall.

Wilson will be one of 20 B1G commits participating in the All-American Bowl on Saturday afternoon. Six of those participants have committed to Ohio State.
