Quinshon Judkins, Emeka Egbuka announce plans for 2025 season
Quinshon Judkins and Emeka Egbuka have decided to enter the 2025 NFL Draft.
Both Judkins and Egbuka played huge roles on Ohio State’s offense in 2024. While their departures were expected, they will each leave behind a significant production gap for the Buckeyes to try to replace next fall.
Here are their announcements, which both came on Friday afternoon:

Judkins saved perhaps his best Ohio State game for last. He scored 3 touchdowns in Ohio State’s National Championship Game victory over Notre Dame. Judkins spent 1 season in Columbus and finished the year with 1,060 yards while splitting carries with TreVeyon Henderson.
Egbuka is one of the most decorated receivers in Ohio State history. He leaves Columbus as the program’s all-time leader in total receptions. He also finished just 30 yards shy of Michael Carter’s all-time program record for receiving yards in a career.
Ohio State is set to lose numerous key players from its 2024 title team. Quarterback Will Howard is out of eligibility and several top defensive players are set to go pro as well. There’s also Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate, who have reportedly received lucrative offers to leave Ohio State this offseason.
The 2025 NFL Draft Scouting Combine will be held from Feb. 27 thru March 2.
