Report: Ezekiel Elliott has been fined a ridiculous amount of money for wearing sleeves
Ezekiel Elliott has had to cut some pretty big checks to the NFL this week, and for a really stupid reason.
Over the last few weeks, the Cowboys running back — along with teammate and quarterback Dak Prescott — has been sporting sleeves with his uniform. It started in Week 10 when Dallas faced Philadelphia, a game the Cowboys won.
That meant that Elliott and Prescott would keep the sleeves as a bit of a superstition. But the league has been handing down petty fines to the Dallas stars, as the sleeves are uniform violation.

The white sleeves don’t match the team color, which is designated as blue for the Cowboys.
How pathetic is that?
Troy Hughes and Mickey Spagnola of 105.3 The Fan have reported that Elliott and Prescott have been paying violations every week they’ve donned the sleeves. The amount? $13,000 per game.
In total, both players have paid a total of $65,000 for their wardrobe choice. The total will increase to $78,000 after sporting them again this past Sunday.
This is just further proof that the NFL is turning into a complete joke.
