WATCH: 5-star Ohio State commit already making spectacular plays

There’s a reason Garrett Wilson has a 5-star rating and is considered one of the top recruits in the 2019 class. And he’s already proving he’ll make a lot of friends at Ohio State with his play.

If you weren’t impressed by Wilson’s talent and athleticism already, a viral video of a day at practice might make you reconsider. That’s because the 5-star Texas native was making catches worthy of any highlight reel in the country.

Some of the passes he hauled in left folks speechless. Here’s the video from CBS Austin that’s making its way around social media.

Yeah, that kid has the potential to be a huge playmaker in the Buckeyes offense.

Wilson already earned the trust of Ohio State fans recently, after saying that Urban Meyer and Ohio State will “come back stronger” after the ongoing investigation in Columbus. He fully expects Meyer to be back on the sideline this year.

He’s still a few months away from signing on the dotted line, but Wilson is saying all the right things and making all kinds of plays.

Wilson will be welcomed with open arms in Columbus.
