First, Ezekiel Elliott donated $21 after scoring the first touchdown of Thursday’s Thanksgiving game between the Cowboys and Redskins. Now, he’s donating one of his teammates.
In the fourth quarter of Thursday evening’s matchup, Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott had one of the best scrambles of the NFL season, scampering around the Redskins’ defense until ultimately finding the end zone. And afterward, Elliott wanted to donate the quarterback to the Salvation Army.
After Prescott reached the end zone, Elliott picked him up and placed him in the red kettle.

The touchdown gave the Cowboys a three-score lead in the fourth quarter.
Earlier in the game, Elliott crossed the goal line just five minutes into the first quarter. He then ran out of the end zone, collected $21 in cash and tossed it into the giant red kettle just beyond the end zone.
The touchdown was the third Prescott was credited with in the game. He also had two passing touchdowns earlier in the contest.
