ESPN's College GameDay to recognize original creator of Penn State's 'White out' game
Penn State has their annual White-Out Game set for Saturday in primetime against the No. 22 Auburn Tigers.
ESPN’s premier pregame show, College GameDay, is making the trip to Happy Valley for the primetime showdown.
College GameDay has been to Happy Valley each of the last 5 years. It is the only school they have visited 5 times in a row.
A Few Penn State students got a special surprise as the original creator of the White-Out, former director of communications and branding Guido D’Elia, ESPN’s Gene Wojciechowski and College GameDay’s Judi Weiss talked to a communications class Thursday afternoon.
GameDay will also be highlighting D’Elia’s contributions to the annual White Out game as well.
