James Franklin has said that a Penn State “White Out” is like Christmas morning. So you now the Nittany Lions head coach takes every one of those special games seriously.

He loves to have a little fun with it, too.

Franklin has been promoting this Saturday’s “White Out” game between No. 4 Ohio State and No. 4 Penn State since the Lions defeated Illinois on Friday night. He’s wanting fans to be loud and create a hostile environment for the visiting Buckeyes this weekend.

He’s even hoping that Pennsylvania native and popular comedian Kevin Hart will accept Franklin’s invitation to join the team on the sideline this weekend.

Ahead of Saturday’s game, Franklin wanted to provide some potential wardrobe options for people who will be inside Beaver Stadium. And there are some pretty spectacular suggestions.

We’ll be keeping an eye out for anyone sporting any of Franklin’s suggestions Saturday night.

Penn State always has its “White Out” game against one of the better opponents on the schedule. In 2016, it was in full force as the Nittany Lions stunned the Buckeyes. Last year, the “White Out” was reserved for Michigan’s visit to Happy Valley.

Saturday night is a huge game for the Nittany Lions. Franklin just wants to make sure everyone is dressed appropriately for the occasion.
