Washington currently has 7 catches for 71 yards and 1 score in the game, as Penn State now has a comfortable 38-10 lead heading into the 4th quarter.
Washington leads the Nittany Lions with 318 receiving yards in 2022. The spectacular leaping catch was Washington’s first time finding the end zone this season, however.
This catch was not the only incredible catch made by a PSU receiver in this game. Earlier in the first half, Mitchell Tinsley made an incredible one-handed catch on the sideline that ultimately led to a Penn State score.
