Three months after committing, OL from New Jersey de-commits from Penn State
The Early Signing Period begins on Wednesday, December 18. Prior to that taking place, though, players will verbally commit (and de-commit) from schools.
On Thursday night, not even a week before the event begins, Devin Willock de-committed from Penn State:

Willock, according to 247Sports, is a three-star offensive guard prospect from Paramus, N.J. Being from New Jersey, could Paramus be eyeing Rutgers?
Potentially. As his tweet states, he will still be signing on Dec. 18. Willock currently holds scholarship offers from Georgia and Indiana among others.
He ranks as the No. 67 offensive tackle in his class. Penn State’s entire 2020 recruiting class can be found here. It ranks No. 12 nationally and No. 3 in the Big Ten.
