Shortly after Kansas State’s season ended, Tee Denson put his name in the transfer portal.

Denson played in every game for the Wildcats, registering 6 tackles and an interception. In the year prior, he played in 7 of KSU’s 10 games as a true freshman. Part of the 2020 class, Denson arrived in Manhattan as a 3-star prospect.

Now, he’s headed north. Denson has committed to play for coach Jeff Brohm at Purdue.

Denson will have 4 years to play 3 seasons with the Boilermakers. He’s also the 2nd transfer addition Purdue has landed Tuesday, joining former FIU offensive lineman Sione Finau.

The 6-foot-1 defensive back should add some depth to a Purdue secondary that was rather effective in 2021. The Boilermakers allowed the 3rd-fewest passing yards per game among Big Ten sides and picked off the 3rd-most passes.
