Who is going to start at QB for Purdue in Week 2?
Who knows? Elijah Sindelar or David Blough? Nobody ever seems to know.
During Purdue coach Jeff Brohm’s weekly presser, he said that both QBs are going to play and both will play significant minutes. OK, but, who starts? Who gets the first opportunity to prove themselves?
On Thursday, Brohm gave about as bland of an answer as one could have asked for.
Purdue coach Jeff Brohm declined to name a starter for Saturday’s game. “One guy will start. The other will play in the second quarter, and we’ll go from there.”

Well, at least we know that whoever the “second” QB is will play in the second quarter. Then, it’s up to Brohm. Some say that two QBs are better than one.
And if that’s the case, Purdue should have no problems in Week 2 against Eastern Michigan after losing its season opener to Northwestern.
The Boilermakers-Eagles game is slated to start at noon on Saturday at Ross-Ade Stadium. The game will be televised on BTN.
