LOOK: Tyler Trent adds another signed jersey to his collection
This may be the best jersey in Tyler Trent’s growing collection, and it was accompanied by a visit from one NFL legend.
Trent shared a photo Friday morning after receiving a signed jersey from New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees. Brees, a Purdue alumni, eclipsed the legendary 500 passing touchdown mark in the NFL Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
Adding Brees’ jersey to his collection is definitely a cool moment for Trent, especially considering his love for the Boilermakers. What made the moment even better is a visit from Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri.
Trent thanked Vinatieri for his help and the visit and wished him luck. Vinatieri is just five points away from the NFL’s all-time scoring record.
Trent shared the visit and jersey on Twitter:
Still a bit in shock I get to add a @Saints @drewbrees jersey to my collection! HUGE thank you to @Colts @adamvinatieri for helping make a boys dream come true! Now we just need to get you 5 more points! pic.twitter.com/Rc7bXyaBq6
