Bo Melton already had plenty of Rutgers fans excited.

If you don’t know the full story of the former four-star receiver, you can read it here. Melton is the rare in-state kid that didn’t flock to the powerhouse programs that recruited him. Instead, he stayed home to try and turn Rutgers around.

Melton hasn’t played a snap yet, but after seeing what he did over the weekend, the hype is only going to skyrocket.

Melton, by the way, was also a New Jersey state champion in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash events. So yes, he can jump and run like few freshmen can.

It might not take very long for Melton to end upon SportsCenter’s top 10 plays for something he does on the football field.
